MKW client Innovusion successfully raised a new $64 million funding round by Temasek, Bertelsmann Asia Investment Fund, Joy Capital, and existing investors NIO Capital, Eight Roads Venturs, and F-Prime Capital, as reported in TechCrunch. To date, Innovusion has raised over $100 million to ramp up the production volume of its auto-grade LiDAR and put more R&D efforts into smart cities, high-speed rail transit systems, and autonomous vehicles. Innovusion’s image-grade, long range LiDAR products provide three-dimensional point-of-view to better track vehicles and pedestrians while simultaneously maintaining high-resolution across the entire field of view, even in low-light conditions.
MKW is helping Innovusion build its foundational patent portfolio in the U.S. and around the world. Read more about MKW’s patent prosecution practice here.
